Production orders and wholesale
We process names, positions and contacts of customer representatives, company details, drawings and specifications, contracts, invoices and delivery documents — to produce, supply and invoice.
Online and off-store customers
For online orders: name, phone or email, delivery address, order contents and payment status. Card payments are processed by the payment provider; we don't store card numbers. We keep receipts as tax law requires.
Suppliers of plastic waste
When we buy sorted plastic waste, we record the supplier's name or company details, contacts, bank details and the type and weight of each delivery, as required for waste accounting and payment.
Custom designs
Drawings and 3D models you send us are used only to make your order. We don't reuse your designs for other customers and treat them as confidential.
Who receives data
- delivery and courier services;
- payment providers and bank;
- waste accounting authorities where required;
- accountant, IT and email providers;
- state authorities by law.
We never sell personal data.
Retention
- Enquiries — 6 months;
- Online orders — 3 years for warranty and returns;
- Custom drawings — until the order and its warranty end, unless you ask us to keep them;
- Waste and accounting records — as required by law.
This website
No cookies or analytics. The form opens your email app and stores nothing. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
Your rights
Access, copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent — write to office@3dfactoryllc.forum, reply within 30 days. Complaints: Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. New versions of this policy get a new effective date.
